Why JustAsItSounds?
A lot of people ask me how to spell my last name. When I was wracking my brain for a name for my site, I thought it was important that people would know how to spell it… It’s spelled just as it sounds, by the way.

For my daily bread I work as a programmer – a .net developer to be exact – but my passion is life is science, science history and good science communication. My aim for this site is to fill it with science news and articles about aspects of science and science history that I, and hopefully others, find interesting. I daresay I’ll put some programming stuff in here too.
